Invitation to Bid
Siloam Springs School District requests proposals for indoor turf installation. A complete list of equipment and specifications can be found on our website at www.siloamschools.com.
Sealed bids will be accepted from October 12, 2026 at 12:00 pm to October 22, 2026 at 4:00 pm and will be opened on October 23, 2026. Bids should be delivered by hand, mail, carrier, or email to Jared Schoonover, director of athletics:

Documents received after the deadline will not be considered. A non-collusion bid affidavit must be submitted with bids. The Siloam Springs School District is not responsible for lost or misdirected bids.

The Siloam Springs School District reserves the right to waive any formalities or reject any or all bids received due to previous purchase history, price, quality of items, and references.
Project Specifications
Total area to be turfed includes a 120’ x 150’ area.
Non-Infill Turf w/ pad options.
Designed include pitching and batting lanes for softball and baseball.
Full Installation of turf, pad, and border.
